KRAFTWERK! The German pioneers of electronic music were playing at the MoMA last month. Live sonic and visual performances over 8 consecutive nights – each of them dedicated to a one of their album in the order of their release: Autobahn(1974), Radio-Activity (1975), Trans-Europe Express (1977), The Man-Machine (1978), Computer World (1981), Techno Pop (1986),The Mix (1991), and Tour de France (2003).

Yes please Kraftwerk, come do the retrospective at the Opera House, we want it!

JR + JP in Cuba.

Wow. Double wow.

JR – who doesn’t need any introduction anymore – keeps globe-trekking and was recently in the Caribbean. Not on his own this time around, he collaborated with NYC artist José Parlá to produce these massive black & white prints of the old ma’s and pa’s of Cuba, and paste onto the streets of the capital – Havana. Part of the 11th Havana Biennial Contemporary Art Exhibition that started on May 9, 2012 and continuing the initial project titled “Wrinkles Of The City”.

Now I feel like an ant in this world!

Seriously wondering if I should go and consult an optician for troubled vision? This Berlin-based artist EVOL is incredible, not even sure how to describe his technique -not an expert – but I’ve never quite seen something looking so realistic.

NoMad Hotel NYC.

So… I haven’t book the dates yet, but Ive found my place of residency when Ill be in NYC, the NoMad Hotel in Manhattan, recently completed by French designer Jacques Garcia (Hotel Costes) - totally sumptuous! Oh! And Kitsune have just opened their new store in the hotel #totalperfection.
